Our non-woven dust bags are manufactured by incorporating three-dimensional fibers into meltblown material, eliminating the discomfort associated with traditional fiberglass materials. Compared to conventional synthetic fiber bags, they offer significant advantages: lower resistance, higher dust-holding capacity, and extended service life.

Our dust collection bags are constructed from multiple layers of composite materials, designed to meet all filtration requirements including efficiency, resistance, dust-holding capacity, and tensile strength. Each medium-efficiency dust collection bag features ultrasonically fused filter edges.

Each filter bag incorporates 4-8 non-woven fabric separators that are evenly distributed throughout the bag body through ultrasonic fusion. These separators serve two primary functions: maintaining equal distribution and preventing excessive expansion and mutual shielding when under wind pressure. This design significantly improves the effective filtration area and overall filtration performance.
