1. Installation

• Compatibility Check: Ensure the filter model matches your equipment specifications (dimensions, airflow rating).
• Orientation: Install with the airflow direction arrow (marked on the filter frame) pointing toward the equipment.
• Sealing: Verify the gasket/seal is properly seated to prevent air bypass.

2. Operation

• Normal Use: No user intervention required during operation.
• Usage Environment: Avoid high humidity (>80% RH) or temperatures beyond manufacturer's limits (typically -20°C to +60°C).

3. Maintenance

• Replacement Interval:Standard conditions: Replace every 3–6 months.High-dust environments (e.g., construction zones): Replace every 1–2 months.
• Inspection: Check monthly for visible clogging or damage (hold up to light; >50% obscured = replace).

4. Replacement Procedure

• Power off equipment.
• Remove the old filter (note orientation).
• Clean the filter housing with a dry cloth.
• Install the new filter (ensure secure fit).
• Reset filter timer (if equipped).

5. Disposal

Dispose of used filters as general waste (non-recyclable due to contaminant buildup).
