    The Mistbox Filter is an efficient mist filtration system designed for painting processes. It effectively filters overspray-including both liquid paint and powder coatings-generated during operation. This provides a clean and stable environment for the paint booth and ensures the protection of downstream exhaust treatment systems.

Basic Information

• High Dust Holding Capacity: The unique deep-pleated design provides a larger effective filtration area, offering a dust holding capacity over 50% greater than that of standard flat filter media. Constructed from DPA diamond cotton, a material with excellent structural integrity, it can absorb large volumes of paint mist. The media will not deform or collapse, even under heavy dust loading, ensuring consistent performance and longevity.
• Easy Replacement: The integrated box design allows for quick and clean removal once the filter is full. This prevents the re-contamination of the spray booth environment from loose fibers and paint dust that can occur when replacing traditional filter media.
• Lower Overall Cost: It prevents damage and performance loss caused by paint mist adhesion. This significantly reduces maintenance costs and extends the service life of the final-stage intermediate and high-efficiency filters, lowering your total cost for consumables.
• Eco-Friendly Materials: The filter media in mistbox filter is typically made from synthetic materials rather than fiberglass, providing excellent waterproof properties. It is safe and reliable during both production and use. After use, the solid waste can be 100% incinerated, meeting all environmental requirements.

    The factory converted its wet spray booth into a dry spray booth. Previously, the original system required filter media replacement every 48 hours, and the activated carbon was prone to clogging, causing VOC emissions to fall out of compliance. After installing our mistbox filter as the primary filter, followed by G4, F5, and F7 filter bags, the overall paint mist filtration efficiency exceeds 99%. The DPA unit only requires replacement every 20 days, and the treated exhaust gas now meets VOC emission standards.
