The galvanized frame high-efficiency air filter mainly filters 0.3 μ m suspended dust particles in the air, with all the characteristics of high efficiency, such as ultra-fine glass fiber, stable efficiency, low resistance, and large dust capacity; Good uniformity of wind speed, large ventilation capacity, long service life, and low operating cost. Galvanized surface treatment of filter outer frame refers to coating a layer of zinc on the surface of metals, alloys, or other materials for aesthetic and rust prevention purposes.
The scrapping of high-efficiency air filters is an important issue that users need to face. Only by correctly judging that the high-efficiency air filter has been scrapped can a corresponding high-efficiency filter replacement plan be made. In general, there are two situations that can determine the scrapping of high-efficiency filters:
1. When conducting environmental testing, it was found that the suspended particles in the room were significantly high. After ruling out other reasons, the diffuser plate of the high-efficiency air supply outlet was removed. There were damages and black dust stains on the surface of the air supply outlet. In this situation, the high-efficiency filter cannot be used, and a new filter should be replaced in a timely manner. If the filter is not significantly damaged, cover the room's air supply outlet with an air volume hood to measure the air supply volume of each air supply outlet. If the air supply volume increases, replace it.
2. When there are no abnormalities in other air filters and the air supply volume of the room's air supply outlet is less than half of the standard air supply volume, it indicates that the filter is blocked. The blocked filter should be replaced.
For operating cleanrooms, the value of high-efficiency air filters at the end is not high, and all of them may be less than the user's output value in a few hours. Do not turn a blind eye to damaged filters in order to save money. Anything in the cleanroom can be expensive, contaminate a component, and if the product is defective, the loss may be higher than the cost of all filters. The best solution is to replace the high-efficiency filter in a timely manner.
When designing air conditioning, the efficiency of the end air high-efficiency gas filter should be determined based on actual requirements, and then the pre filter with protective effect should be selected. To properly match the efficiency of air filters at all levels, it is important to be adept at utilizing and configuring the respective particle size ranges of primary and medium efficiency filters. The selection of pre filters should be determined based on a comprehensive consideration of factors such as usage environment, spare parts costs, operating energy consumption, and maintenance costs. The counting filtration efficiency of air filters with different efficiency levels for dust particles of different sizes usually refers to the efficiency of new air filters without static electricity. At the same time, the configuration of air conditioning filters should be different from that of purification air conditioning systems, and different requirements should be put forward for the installation and leak prevention of air filters.
