The characteristic of transfer windows is their interlocking function, which plays a buffering role between clean rooms and non clean rooms. Generally, industrial plants should also develop a set of relevant usage regulations when transferring windows to ensure that the clean room in the clean room is not contaminated by external factors;
1. Materials entering and exiting the clean area must be strictly separated from the human flow channel, and must be accessed through the dedicated material channel in the production workshop.
2. When materials enter, the process leader of the preparation team organizes personnel to unpack or clean the surface of the raw and auxiliary materials, and then sends them to the temporary storage room of the workshop through the transfer window; After removing the outer packaging from the temporary storage room, the inner packaging materials are sent to the inner packaging room through the transfer window. The workshop coordinator and the person in charge of the preparation and inner packaging processes handle material handover.
3. When passing through the transfer window, it is necessary to strictly follow the regulations of "one opening and one closing" for the inner and outer doors of the transfer window, and two doors cannot be opened at the same time. Open the outer door to put the materials in, close the door first, then open the inner door to take out the materials, close the door, and cycle like this.
4. When materials are sent out of the clean area, they should be transported to the relevant material intermediate station first and moved out of the clean area according to the opposite procedure when the materials enter.
5. All semi-finished products transported from the clean area need to be transported from the transfer window to the external temporary storage room, and then transported through the logistics channel to the external packaging room.
6. Materials and waste that are prone to pollution should be transported from their dedicated transfer windows to non clean areas.
7. After the entry and exit of materials, the site of each cleaning room or intermediate station and the hygiene of the transfer window should be cleaned in a timely manner. The internal and external passage doors of the transfer window should be closed, and cleaning and disinfection work should be done well.
