After using the air conditioner for a period of time, a large amount of dust and dirt will accumulate on the filter, evaporator, and air supply system, producing a large number of bacteria and viruses. These harmful substances circulate with the air indoors, polluting the air, spreading diseases, and seriously endangering human health. However, dirt can reduce the refrigeration efficiency of air conditioning, increase energy consumption, and shorten the service life of air conditioning. Therefore, the air conditioner must be cleaned after a period of use or when it is shut down due to seasonal changes. Only in this way can you ensure a healthy and fresh air environment.
1. Firstly, remove the dust filter according to the instructions, and be careful not to touch the metal parts of the indoor unit during disassembly to prevent scratching.
2. After removing the air filter, gently tap or use an electric vacuum cleaner to remove dust. If the dust filter screen accumulates too much dust, it can be rinsed with water or cleaned with a soft brush dipped in neutral detergent. However, the water temperature during cleaning should not exceed 50 ℃, and laundry detergent, detergent, gasoline, banana water, etc. should not be used to prevent deformation of the dust filter screen.
In addition, do not use sponge to clean, as it may damage the surface of the dust filter.
3. After rinsing with clean water, dry with a soft cloth or blow dry in a cool place. Do not expose to direct sunlight or dry in open flames such as stoves to prevent deformation of the dust filter.
4. When cleaning the panel, gently wipe it with a soft cloth dipped in warm water or neutral cleaning agent, and then dry it with a dry soft cloth.
