The impact of primary filters on production and daily life is becoming increasingly evident. We all know that the main function of filters is to filter dust particles, and our common primary filters cannot withstand high temperatures. So, how can we use our primary filters under high temperature conditions?

High temperature resistant primary filters, also known as high-temperature resistant coarse filters or high-temperature resistant filter screens, are mainly used in the primary filtration section of filtration systems, similar to general primary air filters. They are generally suitable for industrial product production environments and primary filtration of air filtration ends with high temperature requirements, such as hot air high-temperature oven air filtration and coating plant high-temperature oven air filtration. They are used in industries such as automotive, food, daily chemical, painting workshops, and dust-free ovens, capturing dust particles of more than 5 μ m with an efficiency of 60% -95%.

The primary metal mesh filter material adopts aluminum mesh or stainless steel mesh folding, with good strength. The filter material is not easily blown and can be used normally in high air volume environments. The filter material has a large area, long service life, high air volume, low initial resistance, and has non flammability. It can withstand a temperature of 280 ℃.

The initial effect paint blocking mesh filter uses paint blocking mesh as the filter material, and is fixed with paint baking mesh on both sides. It can withstand high temperatures below 120 ℃. Choose galvanized frame, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel for the outer frame.

The initial white fiberglass filter uses white fiberglass as the filter material and is fixed on both sides with baking paint mesh. It can withstand high temperatures below 200 ℃; Choose galvanized frame, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel for the outer frame.
