(1) Maintenance methods for precision filters:
1. The core part of a precision filter is the filtering element, which is composed of special materials and is an appropriately damaged component that requires special protection
2. After a period of operation of the precision filter, when a certain amount of impurities are blocked by the filtering element, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to immediately remove the impurities in the filter and clean the element at the same time
3. When removing impurities, pay special attention to precision components and do not deform or damage them. Otherwise, the installed components and filtered media purity do not meet the design requirements
4. Some precision components cannot be reused multiple times, such as bag components, polypropylene components, etc
5. If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
(2) Maintenance methods for high-efficiency filters:
1. The core part of the filter is the filtering element, which is composed of a filtering frame and a stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is a suitable damaged component and requires special protection
2. After a period of operation of the filter, when a certain amount of impurities settle in the filter element, the pressure drops and the flow rate increases, and the impurities in the filter element need to be immediately removed
3. When cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to ensuring that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element is not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the installed filter and filtered medium purity do not meet the design requirements, and equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments will be damaged
4. If deformation or damage is found to the stainless steel wire mesh, it should be replaced immediately.
